There are several ways in which to become a donor:

Open your own fund:

The foundation staff looks forward to working with you to define and describe a new fund for you. We offer a variety of options so that you can create a fund that meets your individual preferences. With your instructions, we will compose a "new fund agreement letter" that gives the foundation specific directions so that we can administer the fund in accordance with your intentions as the years go by. Receipt of your check officially opens a new fund and we can complete the letter of agreement in a matter of minutes. You can make changes in the agreement at any time, simply by notifying the foundation in writing. You may choose to write a description of your fund and have it included in the various publications of the Emporia Community Foundation.

Give to an existing fund:

You can choose to give to an existing endowed fund which is held by the Emporia Community Foundation. You may make one check mark to the side of those funds which you would like to help on the form you may download below. We can split your check in any manner you choose, with a minimum of $25 per fund.
